Indian Pasta Delight

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Green Bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Indian spice mix(Garam masala)
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Add pasta and cook til al dente as per packet instructions. Then, drain the pasta and keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan on medium heat.
  3. Add finely chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add finely chopped garlic, red and green bell peppers to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.
  5. Next, add the Indian spice mix (Garam masala), followed by tomato sauce. Mix well and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
  6. Now add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix it thoroughly making sure that each strand of pasta is coated with the sauce
  7. Season with salt and black pepper as per taste, mix again.
  8. Serve warm. Your Indian Style Pasta Delight is ready to be enjoyed!
