
Indian Pasta Delight

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Green Bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons Indian spice mix(Garam masala)
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Add pasta and cook til al dente as per packet instructions. Then, drain the pasta and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan on medium heat.
- Add finely chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- Add finely chopped garlic, red and green bell peppers to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.
- Next, add the Indian spice mix (Garam masala), followed by tomato sauce. Mix well and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
- Now add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix it thoroughly making sure that each strand of pasta is coated with the sauce
- Season with salt and black pepper as per taste, mix again.
- Serve warm. Your Indian Style Pasta Delight is ready to be enjoyed!
