
Indian Mixed Fruit Curry

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Amchoor powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 cups Mixed fruits (like apples, bananas, grapes, pomegranate)
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 handful Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and salt to the pan. Stir well.
- Add the mixed fruits to the pan and mix well so that the spices coat the fruits evenly. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 mins or until the fruits are soft.
- Add sugar and adjust seasoning if needed. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or rotis.
