Indian Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Roasted almonds, chopped
  • a bunch Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the bananas, oranges and apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Add yogurt and honey to the fruit mixture and gently mix until every piece of fruit is coated with yogurt.
  4. Garnish with chopped roasted almonds and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together. Serve cold.
