
Indian Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Apples
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Roasted almonds, chopped
- a bunch Mint leaves
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the bananas, oranges and apples into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds.
- Add yogurt and honey to the fruit mixture and gently mix until every piece of fruit is coated with yogurt.
- Garnish with chopped roasted almonds and fresh mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together. Serve cold.
