
Indian Fish Curry - Healthy Breakfast Style

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 inch-piece Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- 1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 3. Add the onions, garlic and ginger to the pan and saute until the onions become translucent.
- 4. Add the tomatoes and stir. Cook until they become soft.
- 5. Add the turmeric, cumin and coriander powders and stir well.
- 6. Add the fish, cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Season with salt, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
