Indian Fish Curry - Healthy Breakfast Style

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 inch-piece Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. 1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  3. 3. Add the onions, garlic and ginger to the pan and saute until the onions become translucent.
  4. 4. Add the tomatoes and stir. Cook until they become soft.
  5. 5. Add the turmeric, cumin and coriander powders and stir well.
  6. 6. Add the fish, cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
