
Indian Fish Curry Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 large Onions
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 medium size Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Indian curry spices
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Chop the onions and garlic finely, and puree the tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and garlic, and saute until they turn golden brown.
- Add the curry spices, turmeric powder, and salt to the pan and stir well.
- Add the tomato puree to the pan and let it cook until the oil starts separating from the mixture.
- Add the fish fillets to the pan, cover it, and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add water if necessary to keep the mixture from drying out.
- Once the fish is cooked, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
