Indian Fish Curry Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 1 large Onions
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 medium size Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Indian curry spices
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Chop the onions and garlic finely, and puree the tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and garlic, and saute until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the curry spices, turmeric powder, and salt to the pan and stir well.
  4. Add the tomato puree to the pan and let it cook until the oil starts separating from the mixture.
  5. Add the fish fillets to the pan, cover it, and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add water if necessary to keep the mixture from drying out.
  6. Once the fish is cooked, garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
