
Indian Breakfast Poha

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Poha (Rice Flakes)
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- Rinse the poha in clean water until it softens. Drain and set aside.
- Chop the onion, chili, and coriander leaves finely.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add mustard seeds.
- When the seeds start to pop, add the chopped onions and chili. Sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the peas, turmeric powder and the soaked poha. Stir well to mix.
- Cover the pan and let everything cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon over the poha. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
