
Indian Breakfast Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 2 whole Onions
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 500 grams Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 cup Yogurt
- to taste Salt
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 piece Green chili
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- 1. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chili, and ginger into fine pieces.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, ginger, green chili, and garlic. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
- 4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they change color.
- 5. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder. Mix well with the chicken.
- 6. Add salt to taste and then add the yogurt. Mix well. Let it cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
