Indian Breakfast Beef Curry

Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Beef
- 2 piece Onion
- 6 piece Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon Indian spice mix (Garam masala)
- 4 piece Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- to taste Salt
- handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and finely slice the onions and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions and garlic, fry until brown.
- Add the Indian spice mix to the pan and stir.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and a cup of water.
- Let it simmer for 1,5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves just before serving.
