Indian Breakfast Beef Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo Beef
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 6 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Indian spice mix (Garam masala)
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • handful Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and finely slice the onions and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions and garlic, fry until brown.
  4. Add the Indian spice mix to the pan and stir.
  5. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes and a cup of water.
  7. Let it simmer for 1,5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves just before serving.
