
Indian Beef Kebabs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef sirloin
- 1 tablespoon grated Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 4 Skewers
Instructions:
- Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with the ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the beef is well coated.
- Let the beef marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight for best results.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the beef cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the kebabs hot, with a side like naan or rice if desired.
