
Honey Roasted Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 2 pcs Peach
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Citrus zest (lemon, lime, and/or orange)
- 4 pcs Mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and lightly oil a baking tray.
- Wash and chop the strawberries, pineapple, and peach into small pieces.
- Combine the chopped fruits on the baking tray.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the fruits. Sprinkle sugar, citrus zest, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the fruits are tender and juicy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for few minutes.
- Drizzle the remaining honey on top and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
