Servings: 4

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound White fish fillets
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • to taste Fresh cilantro
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Add the fish and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fish, discarding the leftover marinade, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until well cooked and easily flaked with a fork.
  3. 3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. 4. To assemble the tacos, put some of the cooked fish, cabbage, cilantro, and sliced avocado on each tortilla. Top as desired with your choice of salsa, sour cream, and/or lime wedges.
