
Homemade Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound White fish fillets
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced
- to taste Fresh cilantro
- 1 Avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Add the fish and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fish, discarding the leftover marinade, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until well cooked and easily flaked with a fork.
- 3. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 4. To assemble the tacos, put some of the cooked fish, cabbage, cilantro, and sliced avocado on each tortilla. Top as desired with your choice of salsa, sour cream, and/or lime wedges.
