Homemade Chinese Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 0.5 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Pork Tenderloin, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of Oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir fry until no longer pink. Remove pork using slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Stir in the carrots and peas, cook until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to one side of the pan and add the eggs to the other side. Scramble until cooked.
  4. Fluff the rice with a fork and add to the pan. Add the cooked pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry everything together until well mixed and heated through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Homemade Chinese Pork Fried Rice!
