
Homemade Chinese Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Diced Carrots
- 0.5 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Pork Tenderloin, diced
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir fry until no longer pink. Remove pork using slotted spoon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Stir in the carrots and peas, cook until tender.
- Push vegetables to one side of the pan and add the eggs to the other side. Scramble until cooked.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and add to the pan. Add the cooked pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry everything together until well mixed and heated through.
