Healthy Thai Larb Salad with Pork

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Ground Pork
  • 4 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons Chili Flakes
  • 2 medium-sized Shallots
  • 50 grams Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 50 grams Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 8 large Cabbage Leaves

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground pork, breaking it into small pieces. Cook until it's fully browned and no longer pink.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce and chili flakes until well combined.
  3. 3. Finely slice the shallots and add them into the bowl.
  4. 4. Once the pork is cooked, drain off any excess fat from the pan. Add the lime juice mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the mint and cilantro leaves.
  6. 6. To serve, spoon the pork mixture onto cabbage leaves. Garnish with extra mint and cilantro if desired.
