
Healthy Thai Basil Egg Scramble

Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Spring onion
Instructions:
- Begin by whisking the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Finely chop the garlic and spring onions. Add to the pan and fry until they become aromatic.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, stir gently. Add the soy sauce and chili flakes.
- Just before the eggs are fully cooked, add the fresh basil leaves. Stir for an additional minute until the leaves wilt and the eggs are well-scrambled yet moist.
