
Healthy Seafood Sushi Roll

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 8 sheets Nori sheets
- 200 grams Fresh fish fillets (tuna, salmon, etc.)
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1 medium Avocado
- For serving Soy sauce
- For serving Wasabi
Instructions:
- Cook the sushi rice according to packet instructions. Once cooked, add the rice vinegar while still hot and mix well.
- Slice the fresh fish into thin strips, as well as the cucumber and avocado.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a small space at the edge furthest away from you.
- Place your fillings, such as fish, cucumber, and avocado, along the edge closest to you.
- Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly away from you.
- Slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
