Healthy Seafood Sushi Roll

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 8 sheets Nori sheets
  • 200 grams Fresh fish fillets (tuna, salmon, etc.)
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • For serving Soy sauce
  • For serving Wasabi

Instructions:

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to packet instructions. Once cooked, add the rice vinegar while still hot and mix well.
  2. Slice the fresh fish into thin strips, as well as the cucumber and avocado.
  3. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  4. Spread a layer of sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a small space at the edge furthest away from you.
  5. Place your fillings, such as fish, cucumber, and avocado, along the edge closest to you.
  6. Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly away from you.
  7. Slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
