Healthy Midnight Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 Green Onions

Instructions:

  1. Slice the pork into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the pork to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the pork to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.
  7. In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
  8. Return the pork to the pan.
  9. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved, then add the mixture to the pan.
  10. Cook for a few more minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  11. Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
