
Healthy Midnight Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Pork tenderloin
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 2 Green Onions
Instructions:
- Slice the pork into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Add the pork to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the pork to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
- Return the pork to the pan.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved, then add the mixture to the pan.
- Cook for a few more minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
