Healthy Midnight Fruit Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Fruits (strawberries, mango, kiwi)
  • 4 pieces Soft Corn Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • to taste Fresh Mint Leaves
  • to taste (optional) Chopped Nuts

Instructions:

  1. Chop the mixed fruits into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle honey or agave syrup over the fruits, and squeeze the juice of one lime. Mix well.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas over medium heat on a non-stick pan until they are soft and slightly toasted.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of natural yoghurt over each tortilla.
  5. Top the yoghurt with the sweetened mixed fruits.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional chopped nuts for added crunch.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy these healthy midnight fruit tacos!
