
Healthy Midnight Fruit Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mixed Fruits (strawberries, mango, kiwi)
- 4 pieces Soft Corn Tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 cup Natural Yoghurt
- to taste Fresh Mint Leaves
- to taste (optional) Chopped Nuts
Instructions:
- Chop the mixed fruits into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle honey or agave syrup over the fruits, and squeeze the juice of one lime. Mix well.
- Warm the corn tortillas over medium heat on a non-stick pan until they are soft and slightly toasted.
- Spread a tablespoon of natural yoghurt over each tortilla.
- Top the yoghurt with the sweetened mixed fruits.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional chopped nuts for added crunch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy these healthy midnight fruit tacos!
