Healthy Midnight Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fresh Fruits (like pineapple, apple, pear)
  • 1 large Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fruits, bell pepper, and red onion into thin slices. Grate the ginger, and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat a wok or large fry pan over high heat. Add the sesame oil.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and red onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the onion starts to become translucent.
  4. Add the pepper and fruits to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes until the pepper is tender.
  5. Mix the soy sauce and honey together and pour over the stir-fry. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is hot.
  6. Season the stir-fry with black pepper, then serve hot.
