
Healthy Midnight Fruit Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Fresh Fruits (like pineapple, apple, pear)
- 1 large Bell Pepper
- 1 small Red Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the fruits, bell pepper, and red onion into thin slices. Grate the ginger, and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat a wok or large fry pan over high heat. Add the sesame oil.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the onion starts to become translucent.
- Add the pepper and fruits to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes until the pepper is tender.
- Mix the soy sauce and honey together and pour over the stir-fry. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is hot.
- Season the stir-fry with black pepper, then serve hot.
