
Healthy Midnight Chinese Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup colorful bell peppers
- 0.5 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 stalks spring onions
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and sugar snap peas to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan along with the soy sauce and red chili flakes. Stir well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
