
Healthy Midnight Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Lean beef strips
- 1 medium-sized Onion
- 2 medium-sized Bell peppers
- 1 large Garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
Instructions:
- Slice the onion and bell peppers.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Season everything with black pepper, and pour the soy sauce and hot sauce over the stir fry. Mix everything together well.
