Healthy Midnight Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Lean beef strips
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Bell peppers
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Slice the onion and bell peppers.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
  6. Add the onions and bell peppers, and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  7. Season everything with black pepper, and pour the soy sauce and hot sauce over the stir fry. Mix everything together well.
