
Healthy Mexican Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 pieces Soft corn tacos
- 1 medium Avocado
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1 medium Lime
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro
Instructions:
- Combine the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt in a bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Warm the corn tacos according to package instructions.
- Spread the sliced avocado on the warm corn tacos.
- Distribute the cooked shrimp evenly among the tacos.
- Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro and drizzle the salsa over top.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
