Healthy Mexican Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Soft corn tacos
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Combine the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt in a bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Warm the corn tacos according to package instructions.
  4. Spread the sliced avocado on the warm corn tacos.
  5. Distribute the cooked shrimp evenly among the tacos.
  6. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro and drizzle the salsa over top.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
