Healthy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces white fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
  • 2 pieces avocado
  • to taste salsa
  • handful fresh cilantro
  • 1 piece lime

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with garlic powder, cumin, and chilli powder.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the fish for around 4-5 minutes on each side, until it's fully cooked and flaky.
  3. While the fish is cooking, slice the avocados.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the fish on the tortillas, top with avocado slices, salsa, a squeeze of lime, and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Mexican fish tacos!
