
Healthy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces white fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 8 pieces corn tortillas
- 2 pieces avocado
- to taste salsa
- handful fresh cilantro
- 1 piece lime
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with garlic powder, cumin, and chilli powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the fish for around 4-5 minutes on each side, until it's fully cooked and flaky.
- While the fish is cooking, slice the avocados.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the fish on the tortillas, top with avocado slices, salsa, a squeeze of lime, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Mexican fish tacos!
