Healthy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 8 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 bunch Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat, then stir in the taco seasoning mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well coated.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce, and slice the avocado and lime.
  3. Spread a spoonful of beef on each tortilla, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado slices.
  4. Garnish with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, and enjoy these nutritious and delicious Mexican beef tacos.
