Ingredients:
- 1 pound Lean ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning mix
- 8 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 bunch Cilantro
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat, then stir in the taco seasoning mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well coated.
- Dice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce, and slice the avocado and lime.
- Spread a spoonful of beef on each tortilla, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado slices.
- Garnish with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt to taste.
