Instructions:

  1. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes, set aside.
  2. Slice the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Rinse and pat dry the fresh basil leaves.
  4. Arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a plate in an alternating pattern, creating a colorful layout.
  5. Drizzle the salad with extra virgin olive oil, followed by the balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
