
Healthy Late-Night American Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Whole grain pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- handful Fresh basil
- to taste Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, as per the package instructions. Drain and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then let them cook until they start to pop and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic. Stir well to combine and to coat the pasta with the olive oil and tomato juices.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Tear the fresh basil leaves and throw them into the skillet. Toss again to distribute.
- Serve the pasta with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy your healthy late-night pasta dish!
