
Healthy Japanese Style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 whole Scallions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Remove the pork from the marinade, saving the marinade for later, and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
- Pour the marinade over the pork, cover the pan, and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the pork is cooked through and the marinade has thickened into a sauce.
- Sprinkle sliced scallions and sesame seeds over the top, serving with sides of your choice.
