
Healthy Japanese Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Lean pork loin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 unit Garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 unit Carrot
- 1 unit Red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce low sodium
- 2 cups Brown rice
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables and ginger then set aside.
- Slice the pork loin into thin strips.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork strips and stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes, until they're browned. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, broccoli, sliced carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Return the pork to the pan. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine everything.
- Serve the stir-fry over brown rice.
