
Healthy Japanese Brown Rice Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Egg
- 100 grams Tofu
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the brown rice as per instructions on the package.
- Cut red bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and green onion into fine slices.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok on medium heat.
- Stir in the vegetables and tofu, and cook for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Add the cooked brown rice, soy sauce and the beaten eggs, stir until well combined.
- Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve your healthy Japanese brown rice stir-fry with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
