
Healthy Japanese Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Lean beef steak
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 inch, grated Fresh ginger
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 3 cups Mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, snow peas)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 sliced Scallions
- 2 cups, cooked Brown rice
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the beef strips, coating them in the mix and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan, stir frying until browned. Remove the beef and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables. Stir fry until they are tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir together with the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry over the cooked brown rice, garnished with sliced scallions.
