Healthy Japanese Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Lean beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 inch, grated Fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 3 cups Mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, snow peas)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 sliced Scallions
  • 2 cups, cooked Brown rice

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the beef strips, coating them in the mix and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan, stir frying until browned. Remove the beef and set it aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables. Stir fry until they are tender.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and stir together with the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the stir fry over the cooked brown rice, garnished with sliced scallions.
