
Healthy Italian Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- A handful Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, finely chopped garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place chicken breasts in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each piece is coated well. Let them marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Remove the chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with some fresh basil and a slice of lemon.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad for a full and healthy meal.
