
Healthy Italian Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Lean beef strips
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- handful Fresh basil
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips, about 1 inch long.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned.
- While the beef is cooking, chop the garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Add the garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet with the beef. Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Just before serving, stir in the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Let them heat through for a minute, then serve.
