Healthy Indian Style Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams grams Chicken Breast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and ginger garlic paste. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Add in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  6. Add in the bell peppers, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
  8. Your Healthy Indian Style Chicken Stir-Fry is ready to serve. Enjoy it with whole wheat flatbread or as is for a low-carb meal.
