
Healthy Indian Style Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams grams Chicken Breast
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 large Onion
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and ginger garlic paste. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add in the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add in the bell peppers, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Your Healthy Indian Style Chicken Stir-Fry is ready to serve. Enjoy it with whole wheat flatbread or as is for a low-carb meal.
