
Healthy Indian Prawn Masala

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Prawns
- 2 medium size Onions
- 2 large size Tomatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the prawns properly and keep them aside.
- Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté them until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are mushy.
- Now, add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked properly.
- Finally, sprinkle some garam masala and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Your Healthy Indian Prawn Masala is ready to serve.
