Healthy Indian Prawn Masala

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Prawns
  • 2 medium size Onions
  • 2 large size Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean the prawns properly and keep them aside.
  2. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté them until the raw smell goes away.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are mushy.
  6. Now, add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked properly.
  8. Finally, sprinkle some garam masala and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Your Healthy Indian Prawn Masala is ready to serve.
