Healthy Indian Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized Fresh mango
  • 2 medium-sized Ripe guava
  • 2 medium-sized Kiwi
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, guavas, and kiwis into small cubes.
  2. De-seed the pomegranate and keep the seeds aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Add chat masala and lemon juice to the fruit mixture and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
