
Healthy Indian Chicken Masala

Ingredients:
- 150 grams Boneless chicken
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- for garnish Chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions until they turn translucent. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder to the pan and mix well.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it is well coated in the spices and its natural juices run clear.
- Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and stir well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat until the tomatoes break down and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
- Serve with brown rice or rotis for a healthy, satisfying Indian dish.
