
Healthy Indian Breakfast Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Whole wheat pasta
- 1 large Onion
- 2 medium Bell peppers
- 2 medium Finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- a handful Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a minute until it releases its aroma.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté till it turns translucent.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and sauté for a few more minutes until they're slightly softened.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they're well mashed into the mixture.
- Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes until the flavors are well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the spices and the mixture is hot.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
