Healthy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill on medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  5. Place pork on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
