Ingredients:
- 1 piece Pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill on medium-high heat.
- Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub this mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- Place pork on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
