Healthy Fruit Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, bananas, apples)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • A handful chopped Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. First, prepare and cut all the fruits you've chosen into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the cut fruits. Set aside.
  3. To make the dressing, mix together the honey and fresh lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit, gently toss together until all the fruits are coated.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves on top and gently mix it into the salad.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, healthy fruit salad!
