Ingredients:
- 1 whole Apple
- 1 whole Banana
- 1 whole Orange
- 1/2 whole Pomegranate
- 1 whole Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Black salt
- 1 teaspoon Chat masala
- a handful Fresh Coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Wash and chop all the fruits into small pieces.
- Add all these ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fruits.
- Sprinkle black salt and chat masala over the fruits.
- Mix everything well so that the spice powders and lemon juice get evenly distributed.
- Garnish the fruit chaat with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
