Healthy Fruit Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 1/2 whole Pomegranate
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chat masala
  • a handful Fresh Coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop all the fruits into small pieces.
  2. Add all these ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fruits.
  4. Sprinkle black salt and chat masala over the fruits.
  5. Mix everything well so that the spice powders and lemon juice get evenly distributed.
  6. Garnish the fruit chaat with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
