Healthy French-Style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • to taste taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
  4. Cook the tenderloin for about 10 minutes, or until it's browned on all sides.
  5. In the meantime, mix Dijon mustard and honey together in a small bowl.
  6. Once the pork is browned, remove it from heat. Brush the honey-mustard mix over the pork.
  7. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the skillet. Pour wine around the pork.
  8. Place the skillet in the preheated oven. Roast it for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the pork's internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  9. Let the tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
