
Healthy French-Style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- to taste taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
- Cook the tenderloin for about 10 minutes, or until it's browned on all sides.
- In the meantime, mix Dijon mustard and honey together in a small bowl.
- Once the pork is browned, remove it from heat. Brush the honey-mustard mix over the pork.
- Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the skillet. Pour wine around the pork.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven. Roast it for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the pork's internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Let the tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
