
Healthy French Shrimp Quiche

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Large shrimp
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Low-fat milk
- 1 whole Whole wheat pie crust
- 1 cup Grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup Chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Peel, clean and de-vein the shrimp. Chop them into small bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, spinach, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chopped shrimp evenly into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the filling comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.
- Let the quiche rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
