
Healthy French Seafood Salad

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Mixed lettuce
- 200 grams Tuna fillet
- 150 grams Shrimp
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the salad. Wash all the vegetables and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- To prepare the dressing, in a small dish mix together the juice of one lemon, mustard, olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Set aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook the tuna fillet and the shrimp separately until they are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once cooked, let the seafood cool down. Then, flake the tuna fillet and peel the shrimp.
- Combine the cooled seafood with the mixed lettuce in a large bowl. Drizzle over with the dressing, and lightly toss to combine.
