Ingredients:
- 1 package Pastry dough
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 cups Fat-free milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and unroll the dough into a pie plate.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Stir in the cheese, spinach, chopped tomato, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into servings.
