Healthy French Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Pastry dough
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Fat-free milk
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and unroll the dough into a pie plate.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the cheese, spinach, chopped tomato, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Allow the quiche to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into servings.
