
Healthy French Beef Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Lean Beef Steak
- 2 cups Mixed Salad Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 medium Cucumbers
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Garlic clove
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the steaks to your preferred doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes then slice thinly.
- While the steak is resting, prepare the salad. Wash and dry the mixed greens, slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
- Toss together the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber and sliced beef in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad, toss gently to combine.
- Serve the French Beef Salad immediately for a healthy, satisfying snack.
