
Healthy French Baked Fish at Midnight

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White Fish fillets
- 0.5 whole Lemon
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the tops.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets.
- Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle over the tops of the fillets.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme, salt and pepper on the fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve hot. Enjoy your healthy midnight French Fish!
