Healthy French Baked Fish at Midnight

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White Fish fillets
  • 0.5 whole Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the tops.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets.
  4. Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle over the tops of the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme, salt and pepper on the fillets.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy your healthy midnight French Fish!
