Healthy Chinese Steamed Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 slices Fresh ginger
  • 2 stalks Spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • A small bunch Coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a dish for steaming. Put the slices of fresh ginger on top of the fillets.
  3. Steam the fish fillets in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. While the fish is steaming, slice the spring onions diagonally into thin slices.
  5. Once the fish is cooked, remove the ginger slices and discard. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the fish.
  6. Scatter the sliced spring onions and coriander leaves over the fish. Serve immediately.
