
Healthy Chinese Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds shrimp
- 2 pieces bell peppers
- 1 head broccoli
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions:
- Clean and devein the shrimps, set aside. Chop the bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir briefly until fragrant, then add the bell peppers and broccoli. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, stirring frequently until they are cooked through and pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey and cornstarch together until smooth. Pour the sauce over the stir fry, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or noodles.
