
Healthy Chinese Seafood Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 1 cup Scallops
- 1 cup Red bell pepper
- 1 cup Yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Add the shrimp and scallops and toss to coat.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and bell peppers and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the marinated seafood and the sauce to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, until the seafood is just cooked through.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
