Healthy Chinese Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Boneless Pork Loin
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 4 pieces Scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork loin into thin slices.
  2. Heat up the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the pork slices to the pan and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
  5. Add the bell peppers and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sliced scallions.
  7. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated.
  8. Serve the stir-fry hot with brown rice or noodles.
