
Healthy Chinese Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Boneless Pork Loin
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 whole Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 4 pieces Scallions
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions:
- Cut the pork loin into thin slices.
- Heat up the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the pork slices to the pan and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Add the bell peppers and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sliced scallions.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated.
- Serve the stir-fry hot with brown rice or noodles.
