
Healthy Chinese Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lemon lemon juice
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the crushed garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and a portion of the green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to form a slurry.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and stir until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining green onions before serving.
